I'll admit that for a second I was expecting him to accidentally fling the mag wheel over the powerline and turn this into a darwin award nomination..
It looks like a tenkara: no reel on a collapsible rod with the line fixed to the tip. Depending on the size there great from the surf to the tiniest mountain stream.
