Simple idea. Sadly, I rarely need to twist wires like that. Storing that in my good idea vault.
Where are the safety glasses?
Great idea and gadget but when are you ever going to need to twist live neutral and earth wires together? It would be really bad/illegal practice in most parts of the world.

Perhaps adding a forth hole, so that two holes are directly opposite each other, would allow it to be used to twist two wires together. Thinking of galvanised seizing wire that I was using to tie some garden trellis together, just yesterday, using pliers. A drill driven twister would have made it much easier. (I do know that there are special twist tools for such work, but I haven’t got one).
