There's a bunch of variations of that on AliExpress, outlet repair kits.

Anyone with an old house (mine's from 1923) that have retrofitted outlets could use these.

These are more involved than the ones shown in post #!, but these are something I could make easier than the spring version.
The middle body could be a purchased coupler or simply a piece of square bar stock. Threaded rod ground to a point and a nut lock-tited into place.

Figuring out the lettering on the switches - that is a whole other issue!
