    I sincerely hope the inventor is a prop-maker for some movie/ stage production,
    otherwise he'd better take his medication and/ or seek counseling.

    Seems like Hi-Amp at 40 - 60 VDC - is the contraption hooked up to a stick welding inverter?
    His holding the seemingly uninsulated thingies in each hand makes me REALLY uneasy.

    Some (other) poor Darwin Award candidate will perhaps copy this "amazingly cool tool",
    feeding them straight from the mains or thru a scrounged Microwave x-former.
    Go figure.

    Undoubtedly made as movie props nut if you look real close you can see the flesh toned fingerless glove they are mounted in.
    Agreed these could be dangerous if someone just happened to throw them together without some precautionary safeties in mind.
    Logan used them in how many movies? 7 8 two dozen I lost count.
    Still all in all they are cool
