Endmill cutter sharpener/grinder using 5C Spin Indexer

My 1st entry here on this very informative site.

I need some help on building the above.

The key components I have are:
5C Spin Indexer
240 volt AC Motor with 14mm shaft (flange mountable)

My workshop is well equipped - End mill, mini lathe, various electric tools.

I would be happy to receive advice on alternatives to using my motor.

I would suggest a search for Arduino indexing head, Chuck Fellowes put one together and posted it on several forums that cover all a spin indexer will do plus.
I have all the electronics purchased but have not had the time to put it together what with the Honey Dooos and converting my mill to CNC.
The indexing head is the only way to go IMHO.

No its not complicated at all, Chuck did all the work and programing all you have to do is put the tinker toys together

With that indexer you can sharpen all the cutting edges not just the end, not to metion all the other jobs you can use it for, engraving tic marks, gears, splines, and the list goes on & on.

Thanks for the links. Yes, I have seen this video and it is very good and I do propose to emulate this method. I am, however, looking for a way to also incorporate the sharpening of the ends of the endmill.
