    excavator operator now looking for a new job... should be. horseplay shouldn't be tolerated in the workplace, ESPECIALLY when using machine/people interaction.

    Absolutely. Running up and pushing him in the puddle is one thing, but this is way beyond horseplay. I would have fired that guy on the spot. He was one slight movement of the joysticks away from crushing that guy's legs.
