An ER-20 Collet Holder Plate

I needed a simple way to organize my metric ER-20 collet set. Initially, I tossed them in a pencil box. That did keep them from rolling away but certainly was not a satisfying solution. Could have CNC’d a plate with tapered holes but that really didn’t interest me. I liked the idea of a tapered hole to help retain each collet but didn’t want to put forth a lot of effort. Then the trick hit me – use a step drill!
