I've checked all the hobby forums I can and haven't been able to find any torque wrench plans.

When I was at trade school, making a torque wrench was a bonus project. I never got round to it, but think it would be an excellent project. I remember using one at a CNC job a few years back for clamping down small parts in the mill. The consistent clamping force created better accuracy when working with light parts. I'm currently designing one in CAD based off stock I have lying around and google images. Has anyone made one that would like to offer some feedback?

Heres a picture of my basic goal. Deflecting beam torque wrench. It's got a little button which pops out that little flag when you hit the right torque. <img src="https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/attachments/torque-wrench-spare_parts_deflecting_beam_torq.jpg-50748d1780534945t" border="0" alt="Click image for larger version.
