    If it is they probably use a self-driving car so the kids can't wreck them.
    I had my chauffeur's given to me by a county judge on a hardship, so I could drive my grandpa's B model Mack back and forth to Colorado for the family farms a long time before I was even old enough to take drivers ed. I eventually signed up when I turned 15 to take the course so I get the 10% discount on liability ins. The instructor was not amussed when I showed him, I already had a better license than he had

    They must spend a lot of time in the simulator to coordinate using that wheel and driving.
