A Fence for a Vertical Bandsaw (Two Wrongs Make a Right)

My horizontal/vertical bandsaw cuts true in the horizontal position partly because the blade is oriented correctly. In the vertical position, this orientation is not square with the table. Yet, it would be handy to put a fence against the table that is parallel to the saw cut. Here is how I did it.
