I kept waiting for that Dairy Queen Twist on the top of the cone.

That is some kinda pump, big watts or hp.

Or gravity fed from a high tank.

Oh my wife HATED when I used to come home with that smell on my clothes. Fortunately I don't do much of that kind of work anymore.

My first reaction; SOFT SERVE!
If pumped, in the first one, imagined the ripple indicated a piston or diaphragm pump, something with that sort of surge.
Some could be gravity, but the vat would be immense to generate flow of thick material, though easily controlled volume.
