I knew a guy years ago that did that at a bottling plant, he was trying to figure out why the labels were not sticking on the bottle's so he unscrewed a metal plate on the vat of glue, YEP it was full, what a mess.

What a tool. You NEVER futz with a pressurized cap. And this is why.

You also NEVER stand in front of a hydrant cap while pressurized.

You NEVER work a scene without PPE. At least he has gloves on.

Boston needs better trainers.
