Fishing invasive species with electricity. I believe this is Asian carp. Not exactly sure what happens after the electrical shock part to qualify as "fishing".



They're not really being electrocuted so much that they're involuntarily twitching out of the water. Apparently Asian carp tend to react to stimuli by jumping out of the water, as seen in this GIF below:
