Thread: Flatbed truck stuck on beach - GIF

    There is a road in North Carolina heading North along the coast. The "beach road" crosses into Virginia. At one point there is a big sign reading in part, "DO NOT STOP!! DO NOT TRY TO TURN AROUND!!" about 50 feet beyond that sign the pavement stops and you are on the beach. The photo looks very much like that stretch of beach. I can see a driver, unfamiliar with the area getting into that situation. When we were there we saw several trucks, not big rigs, but heavy trucks dual axle trucks enter the beach and disappear off in the distance. Beach Driving

    There are roads like that all over New Zeeland A Ute was about the only thing you wanted to drive on them with though, unless you were a local Truckee
    Never try to tell me it can't be done
