Food smoking gun. I must retreat to my standard position: gimmicky. Perhaps there are some legitimate niche uses for this, but it's difficult to believe that good smoke flavor could be imparted this quickly. I would cheerfully be proven wrong.

And sometimes the fragrance is all it takes for most customers. if their nose tells them it is smoked then their minds follow suit.

Go to a Mexican restaurant order Beef fajitas if the plate is not sizzling loudly send it back If there is no steam issuing from the covered tortillas send them back. If the mariachi band gets annoying tear a 20 in half and hand 1 half to them tell them they get the other half when you leave if they go away.
