    That had to be on purpose, not tied on plus the fork lift operator started backing up even before the load was all the way tipped over.

    was probably defective glass, headed back to be remelted and made again.

    Defiantly done on purpose. He tilts the folks to set up the fall before moving backwards. And why would someone be there to film it. Most accidents are not captured by purposeful filming. It looks like the camera operators was expecting it, zero reaction to the breakage.
