Thanks fo posting it. I've never seen that done. Here in Davenport, IA. we used to have the Hiland Potato Chip Co. They used to do tours, but I never made it on one. Sadly they have been out of business for many years now.

A real treat for us kids was when our grandma made homemade potato chips. Our folks hardly ever bought chips, but the ones made at home were way better anyway.
