Gas cylinder valve wrench

The valves on high pressure gas cylinders can be quite stiff. If they're in an awkward location they can be even more difficult.

The knobs on the valves look like this:

I made a tool to extend both my reach and my grip on such knobs.

The 1/4" round parts are just locating pegs. I measured the valve with a digital caliper and used the DRO on my mill to locate 1/4" holes in the cross arm, then welded on the half-round pieces that engage the recesses on the gas cylinder knob.
