I ran one of those a few years ago. Very expensive piece of equipment. But pretty much the only tool to get the job done quickly. We were using it for unbolting the rail to rail bolts.

I think the bolt is stripped by now...A reminder why you don’t zip tie the throttle.

Aren't two bars on site? Tell bozo drop the camera and pick it up like a stretcher and drop it just as quick. Getting more perpendicular, between rails and using it for leverage probably a reasonable plan of attack too.
