Dave Gingery's designs for homemade machine tools have been famous for decades and are still quite popular. Its great to honor Dave Gingery! Building one of these machines is a first rate experience. You really grow to understand how it works. I use my gingery Drill Press many times a day. The shaper is fun to watch but I have to admit I don't use it often. But when I need to cut an internal keyway, it is perfect for the job!
