i wonder if its a street limo, or if its a fast ride for one lap around the track???? people will pay for that....here in OK we have a state park Little Sahara, sand dunes and such, u can rent a seat on a stretched sand rail the state owns, and a park ranger drives u and 4 other people up and down sand dunes so people can experience what its like...
