Not just any greenhouses either! Those are vertical farms - The future in crop production. Either soil based or hydroponic. The basic concept is, if you build racks that can grow food 10 layers high, you can theoretically grow 10 acres of crops in one acre of space. They can be placed almost anywhere as long as there is a water source They use a fraction of the water and many even recycle the water they use, replenish the nutrients, and reuse it indefinitely. They greatly reduce the risk of environmental contaminants (think animal waste = E.coli contaminants) although obviously increase the risk of sabotage (think poisoning the water supply pond...).
