California, he transferedhis knowledge to ENERGY TRANSFER: his AO covered California from Sacramento, NORTH, minus *any* still private Electric Companies (a few !!!!).
During POWER OUTAGES, he was Lead TROUBLE SHOOTER, and often worked 24 to 72 HOURS STRAIGHT, until Power was BACK:
As "LEAD" his CREW, was 7-8 men: 3 BE's 2 MA's in Electric ?!?!? AND two Phd's ( *@%?! ) >>>who *knew* everything<<<

At the INSTANT of BLACKOUT, every PAGER, involved in That Area went off, EVERY PERSON assembled to my Brother, INCLUDING his supervisor (!!!) My BROTHER'S work area a "U shape" had 17 computer MONITORS, covering all 5,000+ square miles, he could (had AUTHORITY) to shut off even a Single City Block, IF NEEDED ! ! ! ! !
