Puukko forged out of piece of old file.
Handle is made from birch skin , black leather and brass.
I also made very simply leather sheath, stitched with white thread.
Blade length: 85 [mm]
handle lenght: 75 [mm]
So It's a small "pocket" knife.

Made a similar one many years ago using an old file.
Many rings of leather for the grip and a DIY sheath, again very similar.
It retains a excellent cutting edge and has withstood many a skinning job.
Moose hide is really hard on knives!
