Hi,
Just a little tought, I was wondering what was meaning "Handing-over has nine", it's the second time you use it I think, and eventually, I understood.
I think you wanted to translate "remise à neuf" in French, maybe you used a too much word after word translation, that's funny, but I'm not sure people understood ?
Simply use "Restoration"
