For a total hacker like me, one could also dig just a short hole, maybe 12 in deep, and a bit larger than normal,.
Then fill the hole with concrete, add your anchor bolt, then using form release, put for short pipes in it angled so they don't hit each other. And let it cure.
Then as it cures a bit pull those temporary pipes out and wait for it to cure.
Then drive in the long ones!
