I was browsing Pinterest and came across a modified bolt to use as a tap. Honestly I have been doing that for a few decades as a mechanic to chase bugger threads. It however caught my interest to wander on over here and so here I am.
I am retired since 2009 but try to stay active working on small items like lawn mowers and stuff.
I also do some home repair work for my neighbors but nothing to major. Install a vanity with sink and faucets. Some plumbing. The easier stuff just don't move as good I use too.
I have delved into some 3D printing but being a SS recipient it is a cheap machine and very limited.
I love doing scrollsaw work and spend many hours at the saw as long as the old back can tolerate it. I mostly do gifts for family and friends. Love toys for the grand kids and also making really crazy goofy things for my youngest son. More my type of sense of humor so the crazier the better and or for him Texas and UT stuff.
Years of big plastic machine repairs behind me. 30+ years in the plastic business. Nope don't recommend it to any one else.
Looking forward to seeing allot of neat things on here.
