Hey everyone,

I've read a bunch of posts here in the past. Decided to jump in and join the group. I'm in Tennessee and spend most shop time making knives. I make both stock removal and forged knives . Since I can't afford all the new tools that I'd like to have, I try to make my own. Just finished a 20 ton Mini-Press, air/hydraulic. My dad taught me some things and I've learned a lot on my own. Glad to be associated with the likes of Y'all!

The Mini-Press build actually wasn't that difficult. Although the time factor involved was way out there. It was one of those projects started long ago. Like most of my projects, I looked at quite a few of them and then drew up my own plans utilizing whatever materials I had scrounged.
