Hello from SoCal

Hi,

I am a retired gummint worker since October 2008. I've done nothing, but getting my hands dirty: auto repair, woodworking, machining, home improvement and construction, yard work, paper hanging, painting, electrical, plumbing, dogs, cats, and changing diapers. I don't have any words of wisdom at the moment, but tools are nice to have. Several projects are in the works; they're on hold intermittently since I am filling in as a father figure to my granddaughters.

Lots of interesting tools and projects here for your perusal. When you're ready to share some of your own homemade tools, we'd love to see them.

Post them directly in the Homemade Tools subforum. We'll add each one to the database, as well as to your builder page on the site.

Non-tool items are also of interest and should be posted in the Not a Tool, but Homemade subforum.
