Hey All

Just call me Ulee. i joined the site cause , well, I like to make doodads and contraptions to use in my wood working shop. I haven't been too active for the past few months because I have been fairly ill. I have cancer so my shop time is limited to how I feel.

I don't need no pity or sorrow, I just want to relate to like minded folks who like to build things.Sometimes I think I would rather build a jig or apparatus than to do actual wood working, but not really.

Anyway I hope you all will have me, and I will post whenever I can.

I really enjoy seeing the builds and ingenuity that go into them.

Sorry to hear you have been ill, but good to hear you are getting back in the shop. If you sometimes prefer building a jig or apparatus, you've found the right place. :)

I had been working on a surface/thickness sander. I use a lot of thin stuff that explodes most times in the planer. Hopefully get it finished. Also want to build a bandsaw blade sharpener.
