Hi Captain
Many improvements made to your machine and it all looks like part of the original manufactures build, which is nice as some improvements can look like a real after thought. Nice job.

Capt. It has been said many times that HF tools are often just a couple mods away from becoming great little machines. In the case of yours you have taken this to a whole new level. Good job thanks for sharing.
Hi Capt.,
Thanks for sharing. Plenty very nice modifications. BTW, what happened to lathe part of that combo?
Discarded as you already have another better lathe or something else?
Cheers,
LMMasterMariner
Hello to my fellow tool makers, and thanks for the nice words and kind thoughts.
to LMMasterMariner Hi Yea, I just put all those extra parts in my bearing drawer in the event I need them and yes I do have a HF mini lathe 9x20 cheers...:O)
When I first got the 3 in 1 machine I found to change setups took a lot of my time better to have both lathe and mill separate. no more lost time setting up jobs.
Cap.
