While you could have intricate designs custom engraved, fees vary;...with some mild steel bar stock, a high speed rotary tool, jewelers needle files, die-sinker or jeweler rifflers [smaller], and steady hands you could generate many of your own individual designs. Time consuming? Sure! Worth it? Even more so.
