    Lightbulb Homemade CNC 3D touch probe LinuxCNC hole probing

    Hello all! I would like to introduce you to my new work: a CNC touch probe.



    3D CNC measuring probe while centering the hole in the LinuxCNC. Repeatability of the probe below 20um (0.02mm).

    Technical Specifications:

    Housing made of aluminum alloy
    LEDs signaling the operation of the probe
    Gold-plated contacts (pins and balls)
    Exchangeable measuring tip: fi 3.0 mm, ruby ball (Renishaw standard)
