    Homemade Dough sheeter

    Hi,
I am planning to build a homemade dough sheeter and would like to have help on the design and the build.
In addition, I would like to get some comments from people who had experience with such machines.

    Thanks

Dough sheeter is the same as dough roller which is used to roll the dough into bread and pizza dough

Oh ok. I've seen one of these in a doughnut shop. (About 40 yrs ago.) Quite a time saver for them.

Are you considering a manual or powered machine? Here's an example of a manual build: Manual dough sheeter - Album on Imgur. It looks like this:

Hola Zaidns, tengo la misma intensión de realizar una,(ya tengo una comprada) y tratare de copiar el modelo de engranajes ajustables para darle mayor longitud a los rodillos, hasta pronto.

the engineering on this is amazing. Getting both rollers to counter rotate and still be able to move them apart or together..... simple and elegant!
    Thanks for sharing this! Doug
