Homemade tools.net
I have been a machinist for 40 years now and I am thankful to see this website so that the world can see the inventiveness, creativity, persistence and the use of a logical and critical thinking mindset that the world may not know or understand....... it seems the world does not know or understand or care about how much talent we have as a civilization and how much the machinist has given to the world!
Thank you, thank you and once again thank you!
Sincerely and braggadociously, Nick Reno, journeyman machinist

Welcome Nick!
We can always use more real machinists and tool and die makers to learn from here! All I've learned about machining has been on YouTube and here. It would seem we are getting more and more machinists retired and still in the field.
I'm glad you appreciate what we do here as there are quite a few of us who are hobbyists and are just sharing our projects unlike the more professional sites for machinists. Some of us don't have US made machines and here it is not a point of ridicule like it is on the other sites. I hope you find our little corner of the net to your liking and share some of your insight and tooling.
