Bought it from my neighbor. Works great. Will melt aluminum foil if not careful. He wanted one but didn’t want to pay $2k for online model. He doesn’t have any plans. Btw, he used a tuna fish can for the thermometer holder.

I'm pretty sure that I'd be building a metal stand for it instead of wood. Even tho the bottom of the oven wouldn't get as hot as the top, it would be better insurance against a fire.

Do you know what was used for insulation between the fire box & outer casing ? I'm thinking fibreglass bats?
