When I was a kid we used to run around the woods and shoot bb guns and roman candles at each other. For fun. What a weenie operator in that excavator.

Maybe the operator sympathizes with the home owner, and this was his "malicious compliance" with the developers.

Looks like the guy in the house was shooting off fireworks, not the excavator!
