we use quite a bit of honey around here but hardly ever buy store bought. A farmer not too many miles from us has a grove of hives Sells most of his honey commercially but he has some hives that he extracts only a portion of the honey from the racks leaving the rest for starters for new hives
The scrapings from those will still have some honey comb in then and that is the best tasting honey I have ever tasted.
