You understand, hopefully, that the stem holding the cutter can rotate around the stock. It is secured by an M6 bolt held in a barrel nut in the stem. The stock can be raised by a pair of M6 screws beneath, held by threaded inserts. The cutters are gripped by thumbscrews. Everything. is made from salvaged materials, including the chucks, from scrapped drills. You may also note an attempt to provide indexing.
