Sorry to say I ended up buying one off eBay. My son wanted to get on with his "bobber" bike.
It was relatively inexpensive ($275). It's a clamp it in the vice type and comes with seven dollies.
I've made him a gas forge out of a nine kg gas bottle so maybe I'll post pics of that in action.
