My Jet brand lathe, (an importer brand name) that imported my 10x24 bench top in 1976, had a 50mmx8TPI lathe chuck thread. Not 2" or 2-1/8". But once you know that, it's custom internal threads to make a new backplate. Wish I could lock the chuck to the spindle so I could power reverse stuff.
