While in Kuwait we built a monorail system with multiple hoist trolleys suspended from it in a Camel Hospital. The pampered camels would be brought in fitted with a suspension harness hoisted off the floor then transported to various examination rooms or to radiology. or the lab for blood work even to a camel cafeteria to get something to eat before being transported to private rooms. Exactly like the people were transported in the movie Wall'E
