How to carry 12 gallons of used motor oil

My large oil drain pan doesn't have handles on it. Even if it did it would take 2 people to move it when only half full
I have a barrel dolly that allows me to move around full drums but a cut drum with oil needs to be carried flat to do this I used my barrel dolley and my pocket chain fall come-a-long
