Question for you, this kind of k baffle are so better compared to a washer or other style?

I would say if you have a lathe go ahead and make a K or M or just a 60 deg cone, if it is your 1st suppressor and you want to get quiet quick go the freeze plug route, here is a link to some test firing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUVFo7DWxnA
