Hi John, I couldn't get into my old profile. I wrote on the support links on the site, but to no avail. When I tried to log in The following message came out that my account was not in the database. I will be very grateful to be able to re-enter my old account because I have projects there.

OK, it sounds like your email to support got stuck in a spam folder along the way. No problem, I've just reset your password, and I sent the new password to your h*********3@gmail.com email address. Let me know that you're able to login with your old account, and I'll merge this one with your old account, and refund the new paid membership fee that you paid.

OK, you're all set. I cancelled the recurring payments on the paid subscription, and refunded the one $5 payment. Then I merged the two usernames into one, so those two posts will now show as being created by HandmadeCreativeChannel.
