How to Remove Scratches on Car

It would be nice. Unfortunately I live in the rust belt. Everything made of metal turned to dust 20 years ago. Vehicles last 8 years here if you don't undercoat them religiously.

Where I live if you don't keep the plastic cars protected at all times from the sun they turn to dust the low humidity and UV is as much a killer as salt air and high humidity maybe they should just make them out of dust and save the agony of having to watch the vehicles self destruct. I bought a couple vehicles a few years ago for parts but I can't store everything inside of buildings a while back I was needing something off of one of them most of the plastic inside and out is now so brittle it is useless and the wiring has deteriorated to be unusable grrrr/
