Howdy!

My wife says my hobby is to have hobbies. So, that means I have or need a wide variety of tools. Someday if I live long enough I'd love to have a hot rod. In the meantime I play with RC trucks, model railroading and rocketry. Mostly with the grandkids.
My main hobby is ham radio and electronics.
I'm a computer geek by trade.

I, too, am a serial hobbyist, though the leading contenders are always running in parallel. You're in good company here...

Hi Dan,

I'm also new to this forum, and am a ham as well (N7GTB). I've recently begun building a metal melting furnace (electric with SCR/Triac control). I also enjoy building go-karts and turbo'd engines with my two teenage sons.
