Now that is officially a ****ty job. I have cleaned out septic tanks, and pumped them. Cleaned out septic pumps. This is a whole next level!

Agree coimpletely with the comments above on entitlement. Same stuff here in Canada. To many people that are to lazy to get anything done. I'm in my 50's and feeling the pains of working my entire life. My helper is the same age. The reason being is that two old farts are more efficient than 4 youngins.

Has said every fifty year old for a thousand years, I'm sixty two years old and have found many hard workers without having to look too hard, entitled works itself out pretty quickly when hunger sets in.

We needed some dirt moved. We hired a 17 year old from across the road. His parents are pure country, eastern Colorado and western Kansas. The kid was pure lazy. Wanted to sit while using a shovel to shave bits of dirt off at a time. After a couple hours we thanked him for his work, paid him, and sent him home.
We hired a 15 year old girl from down and across the road. Dynamo! She loves math and science. She likes to work hard and get her fingernails dirty. She also likes to get dressed up and go out on a date. She has a perpetual smile on her face. She wants to know when she can come back and do more work for us, like tomorrow! The 17 yo boy has never asked for more work.
We operated a small farm years ago. Most of the boys who came to work had a whine about something. The girls who came to work were unbothered by anything. I don't know what it means, except to say I'm glad to have found good workers when we needed them.
