There is a Darwin award just waiting to happen.
It never fails to amaze me how their arms flail like they're trying to fly.
Looks like they may have a "rescue" swimmer heading for the landing spot before the victim even hits the water.
A fine method for "running away to join the circus", by avoiding troublesome public transport. Does flailing signal arrival, change of heart, or ordering ahead desired change of attire??
