Hydraulic Acro Props

Hi All
The weekend was taken up with making two Hydraulic Acro Props to assist the installation of 3 heavy concrete lintels on a house we are refurbishing. The lintels are 140 x 150 x 2400 mm and estimated weight 120/140 Kgs each. The acro props were made mainly for safety as they are four legged rather than the traditional single thread prop. There are also other areas of the house which will benefit from the props lintels over widows new staircase and main steels. The props are designed to work between 1300mm to 2700mm.


Material cut to size and drilled ready for welding
